My Favorite Room in My Home

 

 

       My favorite room in my house is my room because it always makes me feel more secure and restful than any other room in my house. When I enter my room by the white wooden door with a golden doorknob, the first thing that catches my eyes is a wide white sashed window with an olive polka dot curtain hanging on it on the far wall which is simple white textured wallpaper on it. Every morning, the bright sunshine, filtering through the curtain, throws light over my cosy room to wake me up. Then, also against the far wall, but on the left, in the corner, is my white double bed and there is a huge white fuzzy teddy bear on it. My bed is big enough for me to stretch my arms and legs so there are some space for my teddy bear and we can cuddle up to each other and have a good night's sleep. On the left side of the bed, against the left wall, is a large yellow-green and lilac wardrobe which is full of my clothes and a three-storey walnut bookshelf is on the right side of the wardrobe. On the right wall, in the left corner, there is a light wooden desk with a bookshelf on it, full of my school works and another walnut bookshelf especially for rattling good read books is right next to it on a small white cabinet. With those pieces of pastel colored furniture and neat and tidy white wallpaper as a background, my room has been a warm welcome to me and makes me feel relaxed after long days.
